Use Qrolia for legitimate business work. Respect recipients, other customers and external providers.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Responsible outreach

Contact recipients only where you have a lawful basis and comply with applicable anti-spam rules. Identify your organization accurately, use truthful subjects and sender details, include required contact information and provide a clear way to stop future marketing messages. Honor opt-outs and do not contact someone who has asked you to stop.

Protect personal information

Do not upload unlawfully obtained data, sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle, or credentials you are not authorized to use. Do not use research features to harass people, discriminate unlawfully, profile children or create deceptive campaigns.

Respect limits and boundaries

Do not evade provider limits, scrape restricted services through Qrolia, rotate identities to bypass a block, interfere with systems or access another customer’s workspace. Do not send malware, phishing, fraudulent offers or unsolicited bulk messages that violate law or provider rules.

Enforcement and reports

We may limit or suspend features when there is evidence of abuse or a material security risk. Report suspicious use to support@qrolia.com with relevant details, without sharing passwords or exposing third-party personal information.
