Customer data & processing

A practical overview for organizations using Qrolia with prospect, team and mailbox data.

Customer instructions

For customer-controlled workspace data, Qrolia processes information to provide the features the customer requests. The customer determines the business purpose, manages authorized users and is responsible for notices, consent or another lawful basis where required.

Processing activities

Activities can include storing and organizing records, performing requested searches, sending and receiving connected email, producing scores and reports, maintaining logs, providing support and handling deletion or export requests. Data types depend on the features enabled by the customer.

Access and service providers

Workspace permissions and database access rules limit access. Providers listed in the Privacy Policy may process information needed for their service. Contact support@qrolia.com for questions about subprocessors or a specific contract requirement.

Rights, incidents and termination

We work with authorized customers on applicable data requests and investigate reported security incidents. Notify support promptly about a suspected issue. On termination, ask about available export and deletion options; some records may need to be retained for legal, billing or security reasons.

Contractual requirements

This page is an information notice, not a promise of a signed GDPR data-processing agreement, specific data residency or a certification. If your organization requires a formal processing agreement or particular safeguards, contact support@qrolia.com before uploading data subject to those requirements.
