Cookie Policy

Qrolia uses essential cookies to keep accounts signed in and workspace choices consistent.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Authentication cookies

Cookies named qrolia-sb-[project]-auth-token, sometimes stored in numbered chunks, maintain the authentication session. A temporary code-verifier cookie supports secure sign-in and email-link exchanges. Production authentication cookies can be shared across qrolia.com and app.qrolia.com so the public sign-in and dashboard work together.

Workspace preferences

The leadflow_workspace cookie stores the selected workspace. The prospectiq_plan_dismissed cookie remembers a dismissed plan card for the authenticated session. These cookies support requested account features rather than advertising.

Optional tracking

The public site does not currently load advertising trackers or optional marketing analytics. If optional tracking is introduced, its purpose and consent controls will be explained before it is activated where required. Connected email features can include open or click tracking controlled by workspace settings; customers must provide any required recipient notice or consent.

Your controls

Your browser can block or remove cookies. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or workspace selection from working correctly. Sign out on shared devices. For questions, contact support@qrolia.com.
