Privacy Policy

What Qrolia collects, how it is used and how to contact us about your data.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Scope and responsibilities

This policy covers qrolia.com and app.qrolia.com. Qrolia handles account and service-operation data to provide the platform. When a customer uploads or uses prospect, team or mailbox data, that customer determines their business purpose and remains responsible for having a lawful basis to use it.

Information we process

Account details can include your name, email, profile photo, authentication details and onboarding answers. Workspace data can include memberships, leads, companies, search criteria, saved groups, pipeline records, tasks, templates and activity logs. Connected email features process mailbox connection details, messages and attachments. Billing records include plan, payment-provider references, transaction status and credit usage; payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Research information

Research results may come from supported external providers and public business listings. Availability, accuracy and regional coverage vary. Publicly available information can still be personal data; customers must review their use and honor applicable marketing and privacy requirements.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, perform requested research, send requested communications, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain service security. We do not sell customer workspace data as an advertising audience.

Service providers and disclosures

Providers involved in running the service may include Hostinger for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional emails, Lemon Squeezy for supported checkout, configured research/map providers and connected mailbox providers. Relevant information is shared only as needed for the feature or service. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate abuse, and customers can share their workspace data with invited members.

Cookies and international processing

Essential cookies maintain sign-in and workspace preferences. See the Cookie Policy for details. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Contact us before using Qrolia if your organization needs specific processing-location or contractual guarantees.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while needed to operate your account, maintain requested workspace records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service. Closing an account does not necessarily remove records owned by a shared workspace or billing records that must be retained. Contact support to request deletion or discuss your organization’s retention needs; backups may be removed on a different schedule from active records.

Your choices and rights

You can update supported profile details, manage workspace members where permitted and disconnect external accounts. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Send requests to support@qrolia.com; we verify identity and consider legal exceptions before acting.

Children, updates and contact

Qrolia is intended for adults using a business service, not children under 18. We may update this policy as the product or requirements change; the updated date appears on this page. Contact support@qrolia.com about any privacy question.
