Terms of Service

The rules for using Qrolia’s website, accounts and workspace features.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Qrolia, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization whose data you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private and remain responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and authorized managers control membership and shared records. An account can belong to multiple workspaces; ownership of a workspace does not grant platform administration rights.

Your data and permissions

You retain your rights in data you submit. You authorize Qrolia and its service providers to process it as needed to provide requested features, support and security. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to upload data, research prospects and contact recipients. The Privacy Policy explains related processing.

Research, scoring and connected services

Research, suggested opportunity scores and estimated values are decision aids, not guarantees of accuracy, prospect consent, revenue or suitability. Verify important records before acting. External providers may limit locations, quotas, sending rates or features; their terms also apply. Do not bypass a provider’s restrictions.

Plans, credits and payment

The plan, price, billing period and applicable limits presented in Billing and at checkout govern a purchase. Paid subscriptions may renew until canceled according to the terms shown at checkout. Credits are a service allowance rather than money and may have plan-specific restrictions. Do not assume unused credits roll over unless the selected plan explicitly states it. Applicable taxes or currency charges may be shown by the payment provider.

Cancellation and refunds

Use the supported billing controls or contact support@qrolia.com to request cancellation. Cancellation and the end of paid access follow the subscription terms shown at purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights. Disconnecting a mailbox or stopping use does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.

Availability and suspension

We maintain and improve the service, but uninterrupted availability is not promised. We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, nonpayment, security risk or breach of these terms. We may change features and will provide notice where required. Export important records where the product supports it before closing a workspace.

Intellectual property

Qrolia’s name, branding, interface and original software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not resell access, copy protected material or claim ownership of it without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that research will produce replies, meetings or sales. Qrolia is not responsible for a customer’s unlawful outreach or misuse of third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes, changes and contact

Contact support@qrolia.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain in force. We may update these terms and will publish the revision date; material changes will be communicated where required. Written enterprise agreements may contain additional terms.
